I truly didn’t think I’d find another pair of shoes to make me sway until I found Vessi! They are comfy, stylish, machine-washable, AND completely waterproof. I also love the company’s vision to keep exploring no matter the weather! ANYWAY… Vessi sent my husband and me a pair to try out so I wanted to share my honest reviews of the Vessi Weekend Sneakers!

Vessi Weekend Sizing
The Vessi Weekend Shoes were true to size. They do not offer half sizes but I recommend sizing down if you are typically a half size. My husband wears a 10.5, but the Vessi Weekend 10’s fit him perfectly!
They will likely feel snug at first, but will form to your feet as you wear them! They are meant to fit like a sock!
Are they truly waterproof?
I will admit that I was a bit skeptical about this claim. Usually, when you hear shoes are waterproof, you expect clunky and hot boots or sandals. BUT these tennis shoes are 100 percent waterproof! For real. I stuck my entire foot in the water to test them out (probably not my best idea while on a hike), but my socks stayed completely dry! Even my laces were under the water!
Where can I wear them?
Where can’t you wear them? But in all seriousness, the Vessi Weekend sneakers are the perfect everyday fit. They are lightweight, comfy, waterproof, and they look good! I’ve been wearing them to take my dog on walks, for short day hikes, and I just wore them to a hockey game!
The Vessi Weekends are also machine-washable so no need to worry about getting them dirty in the mud puddles or trails! Just remove the insoles and laces and stick them in a mesh bag and throw them in the wash! Then leave them out to dry and they will be as good as new!
What other shoes does Vessi have?
Vessi currently has 5 different options of Men and women’s sneakers, 1 pair of slippers, and 2 different boots. Each pair is of course waterproof, but offers slightly different looks, support, and features. The Weekend Sneakers and Chelseas also come in kid sizes!
The Stormburst Adventure Boots are next on my list to try!
Are Vessi’s worth it?
YES! Although my first pair was gifted to me, I will be 100 percent returning to buy more. I LOVE how easy they are to slip on and how they can be worn in any weather conditions. I love the versatility of them to be go from a hike to a casual stroll without having the clunky hiking boots or sandals on.
